Our Tree-Guesthouse is located in the hills of Rincon', Puerto Rico. We are just minutes away from the islands' most exotic beaches. This coastal town is known for its spectacular sunsets, surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, and humpback whale watching (February - March)

Amenities: Main House: two full bathrooms, library, full kitchen with microwave, CD player, washer, solar drier (clothesline), bamboo ping pong table, two queen size beds, two single beds. Ampl;e porches provide beautiful views of the valley and the Caribbean ocean.

Master bedroom Hooch- a separate bamboo treehouse with bridge access to a full bathroom. The hooch is located just off the main house. It sleeps two in a queen size bed.

Sunset Hooch: a self sufficient, separate residence, a short walk along the ridge from the main house. The master bedroom is 10' by 10' with a queen size bed, wrap around counter, chair, and small table/book shelf. The lower level is a kitchenette with hot and cold running water sink, double burner gas countertop stove, large cooler, wrap around counter, and ample shelving. All 12 volt power is provided by solar panels. A cigarette lighter plug is provided for powering laptop computers with the appropriate wiring attachment. A separate hoochette serves as the bathroom with flush toilet and full sink. A shower is provided at the base of the hooch. The sunset hooch is completely private, with 365 day sunset potential.

Luna hooch: a self-sufficient separate residence, located on the ridge with a spectacular view of our valley and the Caribbean beyond. The master bedroom is 8' by 8' with queen size bed, wrap around counter, kitchenette with a single burner countertop gas stove, cooler, hot and cold water, shower, and flush toilet. All 12 volt lighting is provided by solar panels. A separate "bohio", or porch is for sunset viewing and relaxation.

All accommodations enjoy full use of 12 acres of bamboo (25 species)and tropical hardwood forest, with trails and privacy. A large hammock in the valley, beneath a large stand of bamboo, can handle several adventurous guests.

We are located a mere five minutes from the swimming beaches of Rincon', as well as shopping, restaurants, and the plaza. The surfing beaches of Puntas are 15 minutes away.

No pets, no smoking.

Rates:

Main house/ master bedroom hooch: $350/day (sleeps up to 10 guests)

Sunset Hooch: $125/night (a couple- max.)

Luna Hooch: $100/night (a couple-max)
